Komla Dumor Award 2019: Seeking a rising star of African journalism

The BBC is seeking a rising star of African journalism for its BBC World News Komla Dumor Award, in its fifth year.
Journalists from across the continent are invited to apply for the award, which aims at uncovering and promoting fresh talent from Africa.
The winner will spend three months at the BBC headquarters in London, gaining skills and experience.
Applications close on the twenty fifth of this month.
This year’s award is being launched from the Nigerian city of Lagos.
The award was established to honour Komla Dumor, a Ghanaian broadcaster who died at age 41 in 2014.
