Government to introduce mandatory corporate governance training for SOEs

The government, through the State Interests and Governance Authority – SIGA, is introducing mandatory periodic corporate governance training for governing boards and management of State-Owned Enterprises (SOES). A deputy Minister for Trade and Industry, Carlos Ahenkorah explained that this is to build their capacities and protect state investments.
