The Daily Graphic bids farewell to late President Jerry John Rawlings as he goes home today. The Graphic thinks his outstanding contribution to the promotion of democratic principles throughout the world will remain in everyone`s memory. The paper, therefore, calls on all to be inspired by his life-long example and his call to never cease working for a better world.

The Ghanaian Times says much attention must be given to reforming the Agriculture sector while combating Covid-19. It says pandemics and epidemics undermine all human endeavors resulting in the fall of the Socio-economic developments of countries. It is in this regard that the paper lauds senior lecturer of the University for Development Studies (UDS), Dr. Joseph Kugbe for conducting research on the serious devastation the Coronavirus is having on the Agriculture Sector of the Ghanaian Economy. The researchers put their findings in a book titled COVID 19 will impact food production nutrition and the hospitality industry. It says the book provides education on how to mitigate the impact of the pandemic. The Times advises the Ministry of Food and Agriculture to ensure an immediate mass education and promotion of diversified Home-based food production.
