The Daily Graphic commends the National Democratic Congress, NDC for opting to use the court to resolve its concerns from 2020 general election. This is after the party resorted to street protests through demonstrations which in some cases turned violent. According to the paper, filing a petition against the election result in court is the best way to bring finality to the matter, as was done by the NPP in 2012. The Graphic is hopeful that after the 42-day hearing indicated by the Apex court, the parties in the suit will accept the verdict to enable the country continue its industrialization agenda without hindrance.
