The Daily Graphic appreciates its readers as it joins the nation to celebrates Customer Service Month. It says customers are the reason businesses are set up and entreat all companies to value their relationship with customers, because without them there is no business. The paper also views the commemoration of the Customer Month as a great time to boost morale and motivation and ensure teamwork. The paper urges employees to ensure the success of businesses with customers, as their focus.

 

The Ghanaian Times commends, the Public Utility Regulatory Commission (PURC) for the establishment of the Energy Test Meter Laboratory. It says efficient and effective service delivery is at the heart of provider-customer relationship, however utility service providers have not been swift and effective in responding to complaints of poor customer service. The Times is therefore happy that, PURC has set up an Energy Test Meter. While urging service providers to provide quality services to customers, the paper also urges customers to promptly pay their bills and demand quality and reliable service from utility providers.
