Provisional results indicate that Member of Parliament for Ningo-Prampram, Sam Nartey George has been retained by his constituents.
He emerged winner in the just ended NDC Presidential and Parliamentary primaries beating his main contender, Michael Kwettey Nettey by 1,036 votes.
Speaking to the media shortly after the provisional results were announced, Mr Sam George said “we are focused on winning 2024 elections.”
In a Facebook post the Ningo-Prampram legislature said “Victory” to announce his win.
