Ghanaian actress, Rosemond Brown has been granted ¢80,000 bail pending appeal Wednesday by the Accra High Court.
As part of her bail condition, the social media sensation born Rosemond Brown has to report to the case investigator every two weeks.
According to reports, she is also supposed to deposit her passport with the registrar of the court and she will only travel with the express permission of the court.
Akuapem Poloo was found guilty of publicizing a nude photo of herself and her seven-year-old son on June 30, 2020.
She pleaded guilty to all three charges and was convicted on her own plea by the court though she had initially pleaded not guilty.
She was handed a 90 days sentence following her conviction on charges of publication of obscene material and domestic violence by an Accra circuit court.
