The Ashanti Region division of Musicians Union of Ghana (MUSIGA), has inaugurated a new aged fund at the Cultural Center in Kumasi.

The fund targeted at dealing with the plights of musicians from 60 and above, especially those battling illness.

MUSIGA Ashanti would organize series of fund raising activities to enable the general public to contribute to the fund, to improve the well-being of the aged musicians.

MUSIGA Ashanti in the next few days is expected to roll out their fund raising activities for the fund.
