Ghanaian veteran gospel musician Ohemaa Mercy has recounted several personal testimonies she says have strengthened her faith and convinced her of what she describes as the hand of God at work in people’s lives.
Speaking on the GTV Breakfast Show on Monday, August 31, 2026, the gospel musician shared accounts of people who, according to her, experienced healing, relief from health conditions and answered prayers.
Among the testimonies was the case of a person she said was healed of epilepsy.
She also recounted the experience of a woman who, according to her, experienced relief from fibroids after Ohemaa Mercy assisted her to the washroom.
The musician further shared the story of a pastor and his wife who, she said, had struggled to have a child for several years before eventually welcoming one.
Ohemaa Mercy described the experiences as some of the moments that have deepened her belief in God’s intervention and reinforced her commitment to ministry.
“I have seen the hand of God in diverse ways,” she said.
Her reflections come as she prepares to host her Altar of Fire gathering in September, an event she is presenting at The Oil Dome, Royal House.
The programme is being promoted under the message: “This September, the altar is calling!”
The event is expected to bring together worshippers and gospel music lovers for a period of worship, prayer and spiritual reflection.
