Kumawood Actor, Yaw Adu popularly known as “Sumsum” has dismissed rumours of his demise making rounds on social media.
There were speculations that the actor in the Twi speaking film industry was stabbed to death on Wednesday afternoon, by unknown assailants at Kumasi Sawaaba area in the Ashanti Region.
But speaking in an interview with the GNA, Sumsum said he also received such reports and was shocked.
“So many radio presenters and colleagues have reached out to me to verify the information, I am not dead, I am alive and at home relaxing with my family”.
He said another Kumahood actor called Abass was rather dead and not him.
