The season 8 of MTN Hitmaker has come to an end with Lasmid being declared the winner.
The grand finale took place at the Fantasy Dome on Saturday, (December 14).
Lasmid who is seen always holding a charger jeered the crowd that night including the judges with his amazing performance.
The 2019 edition of MTN Hitmaker started with 12 contestants and over six weeks, eight of them, Mawuly, Jeremy, Kojo Karl, Qwesi Ishe, Mimi, Sinam, Singer P and Derrick were evicted.
The four contestants who made it to the finals were Ali Baba, Lasmid, Kofi Pages and the only lady standing Nessa.
Lasmid who emerged as the winner took home GHC120, 000 recording deal, other benefits and indeed, the bragging rights as 2019 MTN Hitmaker winner.
Kofi Pages, who took the second position took home a cash prize of GH¢20,000, the third place went to Alibaba and he went home with GH¢15,000 and Nessa who came fourth took home GH¢10,000.
The night saw performances from Krymi, OV, Kidi, Medikal among others.
