The renowned actor, known for his roles in Nollywood films, was received at the Kotoka International Airport by a team led by playwright Abubakar Latif, Chief Executive Officer of Globe Productions.

Mr Umez’s arrival marks the start of a three-day celebration of music, dance and culture. The African Festival opens on Sunday, December 28, at the Accra International Conference Centre and is expected to draw audiences from across the continent.
