Ghana’s Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia on Saturday, July 20, joined Ghanaians in Vancouver for a colourful GhanaFest celebration.
GhanaFest 2019 is an annual cultural and entertainment event to showcase Ghanaian culture and tradition.
It was held at Bear Creek Park, Vancouver, Canada.
The festival which was organized by the Ghanaian Canadian Association is for the Ghanaian-Canadian Community to interact with the and enjoy a traditional dance, music, food bazaar soccer game fun.
Vice President Dr. Bawumia who was accompanied by the Ghana High Commissioner to Canada, said in tweeted message said: “It was refreshing and a mark of pride to see Ghanaian diasporas display rich Ghanaian culture in flawless manner.”
