Ghanaian artist, Mr Emmanuel Quartey-Papafio, says government ought to invest in projects and activities that will sanitise the nation to the value of arts or paintings.
Mr Quartey Papafio who is using arts to encourage Ghanaians, to love their own culture, is currently exhibiting his works in Accra as part of the Year of Return.
