One hundred and eighty-nine (189) new cases of the novel Coronavirus have been recorded, bringing Ghana’s case count to 8,070.
One hundred and six (106) more persons have also recovered from the disease bringing the total number of recovered patients to 2,947.
President Akufo-Addo announced this in a televised address to the nation.
He said 218,425 tests have been conducted with 36 deaths, 13 severely ill, three in critical condition and one on ventilator.
