The Minister of Finance, Ken Ofori-Atta is confident the cedi will bounce back in the next couple of weeks.
Speaking to newsmen in Parliament, he said the situation is as a result of heavy demand on the dollar.
He said there will be a culminative injection of about nine hundred million dollars ($900 million) from COCOBOD into the economy next month (April) as well as some other financial interventions which are in the offing to stabilise the cedi.
