Some residents in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region touted as Ghana’s oldest and second-largest city, have praised President Akufo-Addo for the honour done them on the celebration of the 63rd Independence Day anniversary there for the first time.
In an interview with our correspondent Razak Baba, some of the residents expressed joy and pride that the city has witnessed such a great historic occasion for the first time and thanked President Akufo-Addo bringing the celebration to Kumasi.
