Students of the Ghana School of Law have petitioned the Speaker of Parliament over poor performance they experienced in bar examinations.

The Ghana School of Law SRC President, Emmanuel Amoah, spoke to the media after presenting the petition.

He said majority of students failing the examinations has been a worrying trend over the last couple of years, stressing that the grading structure needs to be investigated.

Receiving the petition on behalf of the Speaker, the Majority Leader, Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu promised the students that Parliament will constitute a committee as a matter of urgency to look into the matter.
