Former President Jerry John Rawlings has delivered his address at the 9th National Delegates Congress of the NDC at the Fantasy Dome auditorium at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
The former President who spoke a few words advised party members to cultivate the habit of listening to each other.
This he said, will help the party in a lot of ways especially in imbibing time tested virtues.
