Head of the Civil Service, Nana Agyekum Dwamena has added his voice to calls to extend the term of government in the country to seven years.
He said the four year term is not sufficient for an administration to live up to expectation as the first two years is used to properly put a government in place.
Mr. Dwamena spoke to Radio Ghana in Accra at the launch of Organization Development Practitioners Association.
