MP advocates total scrapping of entrance examination into Ghana School of Law

A member of the Constitutional, Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee of Parliament,
Alexander Abban has described the Ghana Law School as becoming anachronistic and this requires the scrapping of the entrance examination.

Reacting to the recent mass failure into the School, Mr Abban who is also a Lawyer questioned why examination into the School have to be set by an Independent Examination Committee and marked by a different body.

Speaking on Current Affairs Programme “Focus” on Unique FM, Mr Abban said not compromising on quality, Ghana needs more Lawyers and therefore, called for reforms for entrance into the Law School.
