Some ECOWAS countries are reeling under constitutional crisis when Presidents who have served their two terms seek to truncate the constitution for a third term bid in office. The situation is exposing such countries to tension, Coup d’état and terror attacks. How is the ECOWAS leadership addressing these threats? GBC’s George Ankrah sought the views of an International Relations Expert, Professor Vladimir Antwi Danso, who called on ECOWAS to start thinking about how to curtail the emerging constitutional Coup d’état.
