The Electricity Company of Ghana will today begin a twelve-hour power cut in some parts of Accra.
The affected areas for day one include Odorkor, Awoshie, AbekaLapaz, Sowutuom, Ablekuma New Town, Opeikuma, Lamptey Mills, Mallam, Gbawe, Bortianor Red Top, Lower McCarthy, Bubuashie, AbosseyOkai, Mataheko, Dansoman.
The schedule is to enable the newly constructed Pokuase Bulk Supply, BSP to be connected to GRIDCo’s 330kV transmission line.
The exercise is from 6am to 6pm for Group A.
