The Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has extended his congratulations to the newly reconstituted Ministerial Advisory Board of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, appointed under the Civil Service Act, 1993 (PNDCL 327). He also conveyed his best wishes to the inaugural Governing Council of the Foreign Service Institute.
In his remarks, Mr. Ablakwa stated, “I pledge to give high regard and thoughtful consideration to the guidance I shall receive in all humility and with utmost love for country…May we pursue excellence, innovation, integrity and may we live up to the high expectations of the people we serve.”
The Minister highlighted the critical role of both the Advisory Board and the Governing Council in shaping Ghana’s foreign policy and furthering the nation’s diplomatic agenda.
He expressed strong confidence that their collective expertise would significantly enhance the Ministry’s mission.
