The Churches of Christ Help Ministry, an NGO has donated food and non-food items valued at ¢45,000 to the Accra, Pantang and Ankaful Psychiatric hospitals.
Chairman of the Ministry, Eric Ofori-Gyan who made the donation hoped the items will help in the smooth running of the institutions.
He appealed to other charitable institutions to come to the aid of the hospitals to enable them to offer quality healthcare to the inmates.
