Apostle Michael Dadzie, head Pastor of the Balance Church has called on the church to shift its focus from a solely heaven-bound narrative to one that embraces relevance and impact on earth.
He made this profound statement at the 5th edition of the Christianpreneurs Africa Summit 2025, held at the Ghana Exim Bank Auditorium, inside Africa Trade House on Saturday, 12th July 2025.

The summit, themed “INCREASE”, was convened by Prof. Robert Kingsford Adaboh, Chairman of the Christianpreneurs Africa Summit. The program was hosted by Rev. David Wincott, Founder of the Christianpreneurs Africa Foundation and CEO of Outrace Instinct Limited. The Master of Ceremony was Emefa Apawu of the Multimedia Group.
Delivering his message, Apostle Michael Dadzie, who is the founder of The Balance Church and CEO of Stan Water Company, stressed that: “We cannot say heaven is the only goal. Earth is the goal too.”
He emphasized the need for the church to rise and take its place of influence in the systems of the world: “The church must invade the 7 mountains of influence,” he declared. These include; business, media, religion, education, government, Family and Entertainment.
“As a church, we need to seek for wealth and influence as the poor man’s Jesus is despised; the poor man’s wisdom is despised.” He said referencing the Bible.
Apostle Dadzie touched on the emerging realities ministries face: “The coming pastors are going to deal with intelligent church members, a generation that challenges everything that comes from the pulpit.”
He highlighted the challenge of financial demands in ministry and stressed that:
“Sometimes you don’t pray for it; you pay for it. Prayer is the engine of the church, but the church is the fuel. If you have the engine without fuel, the car cannot move.”
He advocated for innovation in church systems saying, “Every dispensation has its own challenge. A successful organization is one that can make room for innovation and disruption. Innovations are more powerful than convictions.”

He ended his submission with a charge to the youth that, “If you want to be in places of influence, you need to prepare yourself mentally, psychologically, and physically.
