A senior Research Fellow at the Institute of Fiscal Studies, Dr. Seth Boakye has described as ambitious government’s 2019 budget delivered yesterday (November 15).
He said, if the provisions made for infrastructure and other projects are followed and delivered, then it definitely will inure to the benefit of citizens.
In an interview with GBC’s Radio Ghana, Dr. Boakye wondered whether these developments will trickle down to the informal sector.
