Head of the College of Culinary Arts and Hospitality, Lady Thelma Boye says Tiger Nut Pudding is an aphrodisiac for both men and women. According to her, the main function of the drink is for inflow of blood in the human body.
“The blood flows through your heart, through your arteries and goes through your manhood” she said.
To her, if blood flows to manhood, it will work.
Lady Thelma spoke with Kafui Dey on the GBC’s Breakfast Show, on March 10, 2022 explained why the Tiger Nut Pudding is an aphrodisiac.
She disclosed that existing research on the topic showed that it was a sex driver.
“This is what science says,” she added.
When asked if Tiger Nut Pudding is a super food, she said it contains lots of nutrients and health benefits important for the normal functioning of the body.
“You get magnesium, it regulates blood pressure, it helps to relax the muscle, it has iron we all need, it has vitamin C, E and B which is good for the skin and hair. It is also good for regulating diabetes because it has a lot of fibre”, she explained.
