Three workers of the Juaben Oil Mills in the Ashanti Region have been confirmed dead while 3 others sustained injuries and have been treated and discharged.
The incident occurred when one of the boilers of the Oil Mills exploded following a leakage.
Juaben Oil Mills processes palm-nuts into various products.
Sources at the Company revealed that the explosion was due to a mechanical failure on one of its boilers.
It has since suspended its operations till further notice.
