Housing units commissioned at Dawhenya

One of the fast growing Real Estate Developing companies in Ghana Sawer-Nanor and Sons Company, SNS has inaugurated its City of Favour housing units at Dawhenya in the Prampram District.

The housing units which come in two-bedroom standard, two-bedroom expandable, three-bedroom semi-detached and three-bedroom detached have been priced competitively with the average income earner in mind, whiles helping to reduce the country’s housing deficit.

SNS is engaged in building, architectural designs, quantity surveying, civil works, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.

Housing deficit in the country currently stands at two million units according to the housing ministry.

Some stakeholders in the housing industry maintain that there are several housing units that remain unoccupied due to their unaffordability by the average Ghanaian worker.

This is the concern that SawerNanor and Sons Company intends to address by providing its targets with shelter.

Due to its expertise, SNS’s clientele include Nestle’ Ghana Limited, GHACEM, CEMAF, Queroz Galvao, Mfantipim Old Boys Association, Trinity Theological Seminary, Valley View University, among others.

With the clamour for accommodation at Dawhenya and its environs, SNS has acquired a 14-acre land for the City of Favor project which will see the company construct over 100 housing units.

As a client of the company, the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church of Ghana the Rt. Rev. Prof. Joseph Obiri Yeboah Mante described SNS as a company with credibility and trust, one that has quality as its hallmark.

The District Chief Executive of the Ningo Prampram Mr. Jonathan Teye Dokugave gave an assurance that the vehicular traffic on the Tema Prampram road will soon be over.

According to the Managing Director of Sawer Nanor and Sons Company, Mr. Simon Sawer Tetteh the project started during the latter parts of January 2021.

However, the favourable geographical location, coupled with its prime location and affordable prices has resulted in mad rush for the houses.

Mr. Tetteh spelt out some juicy terms of payment and allocation.

According to the company they are giving meaning to affordable housing in Ghana. The first customer to purchase a two-bedroom house was presented with the keys to his house.
