Residents of Adenta are calling on the Security Agencies to intensify operations to curb the crime rate in the area.
They said the area has been witnessing a spate of criminal activities such as human attacks, home burglary and petty stealing.
Some residents GBC News spoke with at the Ampoma Estates at Frafraha, expressed fear after witnessing an armed robbery incident at a supermarket in the area in broad daylight.
According to them, the robbers took away items and money worth thousands of Ghana cedis with two victims hospitalized.
They are therefore appealing to the Ghana Police Service to put measures in place to ensure maximum security in the area.
