The Attorney General and minister for justice, Godfred Yeboah Dame says no docket fit for prosecution has been built yet on the murder of the late Ahmed Hussein Suale.
He explained that since his assumption of duty, the case of Ahmed Suale and other unresolved high-profile murders have been on top of his priorities.
He assured the nation that although investigations leading to prosecution have been slow, Ahmed Suale will most definitely get justice.
The Minister made this known when he appeared in Parliament to answer questions filed by MP for Madina, Francis Xavier Sosu.
”It is worthy to know that it is a matter being investigated by the criminal investigations department of the Ghana Police Service. No docket or document fit for prosecution has been built and presented to my office since the murder”, Godfred Dame stated.
