A Ghanaian socio-political commentator born in the U.S, Teiva Rains has expressed displeasure about the lukewarm reaction from African Journalists in particular against the killing and maiming of our own in the line of duty.
Speaking to GBC’s George Ankrah about her observations when Jamal Khashoggi and Ahmed Hussien Suale were killed, Mrs. Rains said the leadership of journalists must do more to protect their voice which is the voice of the masses.
She called for journalists across the world to stand up for their rights.
