Case of two suspected teenage killers at Kasoa adjourned to April 20

The case of the two teenage suspected killers; Nicholas Kenni and Felix Nyarko who are being held for allegedly killing a 10-year-old boy at Atia Coca Cola, a suburb of Kasoa in the Central Region has been adjourned to April 20, 2021.

At the Ofankor Circuit Court Presided over by Her Worship, Mrs Rosemond Vera Ocloo, the prosecuting officer, said the prosecution led by Police Inspector Ernest Agbo officially informed the court that the Police is conducting investigations into the circumstances of the crime.

However, the ages of the suspects indicate that the elderly one amongst them; Nicholas Kenni is 18 years, whereas investigations are still ongoing to find out the actual age of Felix Nyarko as his family refuses to disclose his age.

The court has therefore ordered for the two to be kept in police custody till the next sitting. However, the case will be tried at the High Court according to the Presiding Judge.
