The Statistical Service has given a hint of how the 2020 population and Housing census will be conducted.

Officials of the service made the disclosure at a forum in Accra, organised by the Coalition of Muslim Organizations (COMOG).

COMOG, which contends that some Muslims were not counted during the 2010 census, organised the forum to educate the Muslim community and Ghanaians at large on the relevance of the 2020 population census, to encourage participation.

The theme for the forum was “2020 population census, Muslims count, so count them.”
