Prosecution in the case involving the embattled CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1 says the Police have forwarded the case docket to the Attorney General’s Office for instruction on their next line of action.

The state is expected to substitute the old charges with a new one where 48 new charges are expected to be added to the 13 that were earlier slapped on him. But in Court December 23, ASP Sylvester Asare informed the court that they are waiting for the AG’s advice on the docket they have forwarded for study.

He prayed for the case to be adjourned to January next year by which time they would have received further instructions from the AGs office to enable them to advice the court on their appropriate line of action.

Consequently, the court presided over by Harriet Naa Akweley Quaye, adjourned the case to January 21.
