The Country’s Coordinator for Rescue Volunteers Organization, Lydia Tsotsoo Odai-Tettey has urged Ghanaians to trust government to provide the best vaccine in the fight against COVID-19.
She says the government would not patronize any vaccine which would destroy the citizens.
Speaking at the Rescue Volunteers’ nationwide COVID-19 awareness campaign at Accra, she advised citizens to adhere to all the protocols to remain protected from the virus.
Ghana would begin its vaccination campaign on March 2 and would be conducted in phases among prioritized groups, beginning with health workers, adults of 60 years and above, people with underlying health conditions.
