The Minister of Energy, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, has asked development partners championing clean energy to support Africa with the needed capital to invest in clean energy.
He says this will enable the continent to achieve Sustainable Development Goal 7.
Dr. Prempeh was speaking at the 14th German-African Energy Forum in Hamburg, Germany.
