A former Western Regional Coordinator of the Integrated Community Centre for Employable Skills, ICCE, Donatus Kumah, has been shot dead by attacker.

The incident happened on Saturday dawn at his residence at Anaji Queen of Peace in the Sekondi Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region.

According to the stepson of the deceased, Theophilus Cromwell Tony, at about 3am he heard a gunshot from his father’s room.

While running towards the room he said he saw the shadow of the assailant who was escaping from the scene, only to meet Donatus Kumah, his step dad staggering out of his room with blood oozing from his chest.

Theophilus said he quickly raised an alarm and a co-tenant came to help the father into his car.

Unfortunately he died on the way to the hospital.

Speaking to Radio Ghana News in Sekondi Tony mentioned that nothing was  stolen.
