A former Attorney General, Nii Ayikoi Otoo, has advised the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to file appeals instead of holding News Conferences to criticize judges’ dismissive rulings in corruption cases.
His comments come in response to the OSP’s recent expression of concern over the increasing trend of such rulings, which he fears could hinder the fight against corruption.
Mr Ayikoi Otoo stated that the OSP has the option to file an appeal at the Supreme Court instead of holding Pressers.
