Head of the Brotherhood Church, Primate Samuel Adofo says Ghana can win the fight against robbery and other crimes if Ghanaians report dubious characters to law enforcement agencies.

According to Primate Adofo, Ghanaians are familiar with most people who engage in all forms of crime in society but fail to cooperate with the Police to help arrest such people.

He was speaking in an interview with GBC’s Thomas Nsowah Adjei, after addressing the Annual Delegates Conference at Kumasi.

The Conference, the first to be organised after the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, discussed issues including church welfare, role in fighting social evils, church growth and legal challenges.

He said the recent upsurge in crime in some parts of the country is very disturbing, adding the law must work so that those found guilty will be severely punished to deter others with intention to engage in similar acts.
