The Director-General of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC), Prof. Amin Alhassan says the Ghana Learning Channel run by GBC and the Ghana Education Service (GES) falls within the mandate of the State Broadcaster.
He said the Channel will be sustained and in the coming days, it will be improved for students to have a direct interaction with Tutors live on TV by way of phone-in.
Speaking on GBC’s Current Affairs Programme ‘Focus’, Prof. Alhassan said GBC has the capacity to do more if it is well resourced.
Deputy Director-General of the Ghana Education Services (GES), in charge of Quality and Access, Dr. Kwabena Tandoh said the Current timetable is for SHS Students only.
He said in the coming days syllabus for JHS, Primary and Kindergarten will also come on stream to cover all pre-tertiary students.
