Governance Expert and Director General of the Internal Audit Agency, Dr. Eric Oduro Osae says the government should develop a comprehensive National Human Resource development plan to know the number of people needed in every sector.

According to him, the government should develop a plan to know the number of people that are needed in every sector, where to get them and how to fill the vacancies that will project into the future.

His comments come on the back of the recent barrage of people who queued up for screening to be enlisted into various vacancies in the Security Services across the country.

“The people are exposed to danger”, he added.

He added that these public services should provide a pre-qualification system that will avoid queueing.

“They should electronically provide a time for the people to choose from for the screening”, he stated.
