The Inspector-General of Police, James Oppong-Boanuh says the Ghana Police Service will deal ruthlessly with anyone or group of persons who intend to use the Christmas and New Year festive period to foment trouble.
He was speaking at the launch of “Operation Father Christmas” by the Ghana Police Service.
