Government has imported 275 ambulances to be distributed in all constituencies in the country.

The procurement of the ambulances which is to build the national ambulance stock, forms part of the One-Million-Dollar-One-Constituency agenda promised by the Akufo-Addo led government.

Government says it places premium on the citizenry and that is why it is promoting people -centred policies such as free SHS, payment of nurses’ and Teacher Training Colleges allowances and One-District-One-Factory policies.

Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia who ended the second phase of his nationwide Ramadan Tour in the Western North Region on Sunday, May 19, 2019, reiterated the point when he visited the Chiefs and People of Dadieso, Akontombra and Juaboso Traditional Councils, to interact with them after joining the Muslim faithfuls to pray. He promised to tackle the problems on their roads as well as educational infrastructure.

He also asked for special prayers for Ghana, especially the leadership, as government work together to take Ghana to the next level of her development.
