The murder case involving the driver and the house help of the late Mrs. Josephine Asante, the Marketing and Public Affairs Manager of the Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority has again been adjourned to the 14th of March 2019.

The Magistrate at the Tema Magistrate Court, Mrs. Akosua Anokyewaa Agyapong, has ordered that the medical report on semen, finger and foot prints of the first and second accused persons be ready on the adjournment date, saying the court cannot keep on postponing dates because of medical test which was ordered to be taken since 31st January 2019.

The first accused, Christian Agyei, is the houseboy of the deceased, who is said to have had in his possession a wrist watch and some amount of money belonging to the deceased; while the second accused person, Amos Apreku, who happened to be the driver of the late Josephine Asante, was arrested early February in connection with the gruesome murder.

Meanwhile, the final medical laboratory test result for the prime suspect in the murder of the Senior Pastor of the Tema Community Four Central Assemblies of God, Reverend Dr. David Nabegmado, is still not ready as was presented on the 14th of February 2019.

The Magistrate at the Tema Magistrates Court, Mrs. Anokyewaa Agyapong, has again ordered that it should be ready by 14th of March 2019 as the court can no longer wait for the said test.

Narrating the facts in Court, the Prosecutor, ASP Jacob Asamani, said the Accra Psychiatric Hospital is again yet to release the final report.

He prayed the Court to adjourn the case, while Prosecution awaits the final laboratory results. The case has been adjourned to the 14th of March 2019.
