In the early hours of yesterday, September 14, 2022, it was reported in the news that Rev. Dr Lawrence Tetteh, had been arrested and his vehicle impounded but speaking on GTV’s Breakfast Show this morning via zoom, Rev. Dr. Lawrence Tetteh said he is currently not in the country and has denied allegations of his arrest.

The Economist, renowned International Evangelist and President of the World Miracle Outreach Church questioned why the media did not find out from him before publishing such falsehood.

“I saw a video yesterday on my way from Budapest to London that my car has been impounded and the MTTD said they found strobe lights on it and because of that my driver is being persecuted but the whole thing is for Lawrence Tetteh’s name to be in the mud” he said.

He added that “I saw my car number plate being flashed around and that is not fair especially when I am not in the country which sends a wrong signal to Ghanaians that I am taking law into my hands and that is not fair”.

He concluded by saying his driver has not been arrested.
