The Chief of Staff at the office of the President, Akosua Frema Opare has added her voice to calls on Ghanaians to obey all protocols and restrictions put in place by government to stem the spread of the coronavirus.

Madam Frema Opare was speaking when International Central Gospel Church, ICGC made a one hundred-thousand-cedi donation to the Covid – 19 Trust Fund. The fund is set up by Government to mitigate the economic and social impact the Coronavirus will bring on the citizenry. The Chief of Staff, Mrs Frema Opare commended the church for the gesture. She used the occasion to encourage all Ghanaians to abide by the restrictions put in place by the government to prevent the spread of the virus.

Morris Amoah who led the delegation, noted that the church is aware of the difficulties government is going through during this pandemic adding that the donation is to bolster government’s efforts.
