Ken Ofori-Atta: Vetting of Finance Minister-designate rescheduled to March 8

The vetting of Finance Minister nominee, Ken Ofori-Atta, has now been rescheduled to March 8, 2021.

This follows Mr. Ofori-Atta’s request for a postponement of his planned vetting which was scheduled for February 18, 2021.

He had to travel to the US to seek further medical care, following COVID-19 complications.

Meanwhile, the vetting of some Ministers-designate, scheduled for today, has been postponed to tomorrow.

Ministers-Designate for Sanitation Resources, Cecilia Dapaah, Public Enterprises, Joseph Cudjoe, and Transport Kwaku Ofori Asiamah are all expected to take their turn on Tuesday, February 23.
