Lack of effective policies on sexual harassment cause of sexual bribery, corruption at workplace

A Senior Lecturer in Labour and Human Resource Studies at the University of Cape Coast, Professor Akua Britwum, says lack of effective policies on sexual harassment and related issues at the workplace creates ethical problems as it leads to sexual bribery and corruption.

Speaking at a two day workshop organised by the Ghana-Australia Alumni Association at the University of Ghana, Legon, Professor Britwum noted that even though men can also be sexually harassed, it is women who suffer it the most.
